High School Principal Caught In Prostitution Sting

In Sugar Land, Texas, the principal of Clements High School, Brian Shillingburg, aged 43, was arrested on charges related to solicitation of prostitution. His arrest occurred during “Operation Naughty List,” a sting operation led by Fort Bend County deputies.

Shillingburg was caught in a sting at a Holiday Inn Express hotel in Missouri City, Texas, where he was found negotiating with an undercover officer. He allegedly agreed to pay $90 for sexual services, including oral sex, leading to his immediate arrest upon a signal from the detective.

This operation led to a total of 16 arrests for solicitation of prostitution. It was part of a collaborative effort with the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance Taskforce, aiming to reduce the demand for sex workers who are victims of exploitation by arresting individuals seeking to purchase sexual services.

Appointed as principal of Clements High School in 2022, Shillingburg had previously served as the principal of James Bowie Middle School. Following his arrest, the Fort Bend Independent School District released a statement recognizing the incident and emphasized their commitment to maintaining normal school operations and a smooth administrative changeover.

Shillingburg, who has over twenty years of experience in the field of education, has not made any public statements regarding his arrest.
