Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s Son Arrested

In a surprising turn of events, the oldest son of well-known Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, Tyler Boebert, was taken into custody and now faces numerous serious charges. The 18-year-old, who will turn 19 in March, is being accused of 22 different crimes, including five felonies, connected to multiple alleged theft incidents in Colorado.

The charges against Tyler include illegally possessing other people’s ID documents, conspiring to commit a crime, and unlawfully entering vehicles with the intent to commit a crime. Additionally, he is charged with identity theft and involvement in activities that could lead a minor to become delinquent.

This isn’t the first time Tyler has had trouble with the law. Last year, he received a ticket for careless driving after he crashed his father’s SUV, injuring his 19-year-old friend. He was ordered to complete a driving safety course called “Alive at 25.” When he missed a court date in April 2023, a warrant was issued for his arrest. However, he later reached out to the court and completed the course.

In a personal revelation last year, Lauren Boebert shared that she had become a grandmother at 36 when Tyler and his girlfriend had a child. Additionally, Rep. Boebert recently obtained a restraining order against her ex-husband, Jayson Boebert, after he made threats against her and himself. The restraining order also protects her other children, but not Tyler, since he is now an adult.
